This elegant White Rabbit Mug is made with porcelain clay and has a simple yet stylish rabbit design on both sides. It will make a great gift for a loved one. The contemporary line drawing of a rabbit who is cleaning himself was originally a sketch in preparation for making ceramic sculptures. It would be difficult to resist an offer of coffee or hot chocolate in a mug like this. The design is perfectly suitable for any occasion not just for rabbit lovers. I first used rabbit designs at my graduation show at university about 10 years ago when there were practically no rabbits in home decor. Today, more and more rabbit designs are being created everywhere and customers seem to reach for products that contain a rabbit design. So the rabbit has become a popular figure of decoration.
The mug itself was factory produced.
The design and decal application was made by myself. It undergoes another firing process to permanently melt it onto the glaze.
Cup measures approximately 11cm tall with a diameter of 8.5cm. It holds 12ozs of liquid.
