What fun, This Bunny Swing was created created with mixed media, a ceramic bunny and a wooden, decoupaged swing. A fun piece of art to have in your home. The girl bunny is Jess and she loves visiting a play ground. This sculpture will make a lovely gift and especially for bunny lovers
The bunny is made with stoneware clay and was fired 3 times. She was also painted with porcelain paint and underglazes. I built the swing frame with wood and decorated it with decoupage paper. The swing was then assembled with string. The swings are a one off design, there will only be 2 in the world and won’t be repeated because of the lengthy making process involved.
Measurements ca 16cm W x 20cmH x 20cm D
The two I made are limited edition, because of all the work involved in the creation of this installation, there will be no more made in future.
